Material

1.seat internal with 20*10*1.2 square tube, 3mm flat iron, and 1mm punching plate stitching, welding with OTC automatic welding machine  . Weight bearing capability: Each seat can withstand static pressure ≥150kg,durable.

2.Seat and back: with  the polyurethane (PU). Advantages of polyurethane (PU): ① No harmful substances, environmental protection. ② The leather is good for tension, it is not easy to tear, and the mechanicality is better than the artificial revolution. ③ Corrosion resistance, good abrasion performance, and better service than artificial leather. ④ No unpleasant smell. ⑤ No stomach, waterproof, and not penetrating. ⑥ Soft cortex, resistance, shock absorption,  not easy to hurt the human body. ⑦The cold resistance, not easy to be affected by temperature, it is appropriate to all seasons.

3.Armrest and feet: The aluminum alloy integrated die -casting, without burrs, no welding, and the surface is used for anti -oxidation treatment. After high -temperature spraying, it has strong adhesion. The finished products are flash silver color, smooth and wear -resistant surface.

Or Armrest and feet: The 1.1mm thickness cold rolled steel plate, welded at one time after the mold was flushed, and the surface passed through oil removal, rust removal, phosphorus, acidic, and erected oil injection after washing.The finished products are flash silver color, smooth and wear -resistant surface, no rust, no fading, durable.

4.Beam: Made with high -quality 70mm*90mm octagonal steel pipes, cold stitching, thickness of 1.5mm. The surface is treated with polishing and static electricity spraying. The finished beams are silver -gray colors, and the surface is smooth. The two ends are equipped with PP plastic plugs.
